[QUOTE=redeyedracer;1239313]Yes all 3rd gen CTD trucks have the 11.5" rear, which makes the rear leaf pack/overloads the ONLY difference between the 2500 and 3500(SRW). QUOTE]

My "03 2500 SO CTD has a 10.5 rear.

Shoot, if they got 4.88s on the shelf, I would throw them in. I have a funny feeling that your gonna outgrow 38's.

ARBs are way cooler, IMO, than factory stuff. I have heard bad things about E-lockers going bad in heavily used situations.

Anybody make a bracket to attach a York compressor so you can have super air capability too?

i think im gonna go with only a 6" bds long arm kit, and 37" toyos. this way i can use 4.56 gears and stay real close to stock. i was looking at the 8" rock krawler kits, but i dont think i need to go that big? i want to keep the best possible ride on the freeway, i will only be trail riding once a month or so. when the arb air locker comes out for our rear, i will get the kit front and back.

im still undecided... how do yall think the 8" Krawler sand race version lift would ride w/ 40" mtr's on the street? i think it would ride/handle like crap?

***i found 4.88 for our rear axle, but no 4.88 for our aam 9.25 front... i guess ill have to stick to 4.56

Yes, Brad Kilby makes the bracket for our 3rd Gens. I will have one soon. As far as the eaton e locker, I didnt know it was available for our axles. I prefer that over the ARB that I was going to throw in. Where is the thread located on running the eaton?

i think they're talking about one thats made for the 9.25 IFS on the chevy... it will fit, but will need modification (grinding), or there is the stock power wagon e-locker, but no-one really know if it fits directly into the Non power wagon aam 9.25... plus it will need to be jimmy rigged to engage, or use a power wagon harness, and splice it into your ecm. i think it would be best to wait till aftermarket stuff is made soley for our trucks.
