Where to buy Remote Mounted Dual Filter Mount

As stated where can I find a Dual Mount for my truck already have Airdog 100? Would like one that has a bracket preferably so I can just add to my system and splice into the line that came with the Airdog 100 and then I can add my own spin on filters which are fleetgaurd.

I got my Baldwin bases and parts from NAPA. I made a flat plate that attached to the rear driver seat bolts, just let it extend inward above the frame to attach the bases in between the transfer case and the tank. The seat bolts will need to be replaced with a little longer bolts, make sure they are hardned. I spent just over $100.
