single or dual disk???
single or dual disk???
Ok, Ive read through past posts concerning clutches and really havent found the answer... Is a dual disk necessary? I dont plan on modding my truck.. I've put 155,000miles on stock clutch.. I spoke with someone at Valair and was told that dual disk organic was the only way to go.. what are your thoughts.. Need to replace the DM flywheel, before the throws some weights through my bell housing..
Thanks,
Bret
Thanks,
Bret
A dual disc for a stock truck is overkill, any salesman that tells you otherwise is only after your money.....
I would go with a single from SouthBend, the Con O is a great fit if you are not going to mod your truck any....the Con OFEK is even better and will give you wiggle room for some mods and still have the basic manners of a stock truck.
When you are ready give me a call and I will NOT try to sell you something you don't need....
