I am assuming less than 20 - although I have seen short highway trips over 20, but the only time I have run through an entire tank on the highway alone, I have been pulling a trailer... so I cannot say for sure....

My best ever is 25mpg running between 60-65mph on the highway nonstop.
Smarty set to level 3.
My typical average is 21-22mpg highway @ 70mph.

All freeway best has been 23.3mpg at 68mph.

I normally get about 20-21 at 70 with my current mods with Quad at 100hp setting.

The only time I got over 20 mpg was on a road trip to Arizona in March 07, on the local Hwy which I take a little bit to work, I ususally get around 17+ if I drive in a reasonable fashion.

Fun factor takes it down to 16+.

Coming home from Seattle, going from Medford, OR to Redwood City, CA plus driving to work two days I got 22.05 hand calc driving 65 to 70 on the highway. Truck is stock '06 Bighorn Quad 4X4 long bed 2.73 Auto w/ARE hard tonneau (haven't figured out how to fill out my signature yet). Overhead read 18.9 mpg. I find my mileage to be speed dependent. On a trip to SD this summer I got from 17.5 to 19 mpg straight Interstate doing 75 to 82.
