What systems are affected with a "reflash"

Bought a Smarty, couldnt use it because of a file that another programmer had left in my ecm.It was a generic flash that it leaves when you remove their programme(not the smarty,a previous programmer),thus your factory flash is history. So,Mads emails me a factory file and I downloaded it to my truck.I cant believe the differences. My voltage is 1 1/2 volts higher, faster turn signals, overhead seems way more accurate as well and even my headlights are brighter. What gives?Cruise now works and low fuel light now operates(always wondered how far you had to go to get that thing to light) Are there a lot of trucks running this crappy Brazil based 73 file and owner has no clue? The purchase price of the Smarty was worth it just to get the factory settings back as far as Im concerned. But the Smarty jr is simply a must have.Dodge shoulda put one in the glovebox from the factory.

From what I remember this was common with a certain programmer.
