What is a new "box" for a 2004

I have a 2004 3500 2X4 QC. When I initially got it I stacked Juice & Van Aken boxes. I did some other mods as well and I am happy with it although I rarely run it hard for fear of breaking the transmission which is an automatic.
I had the truck dyno tested and it was in the area of 310hp & 600 ft/lb torque.
I have a frame rail mounted Holley Blue pump and ditched the stock pump. I also frame mounted a dual element mount that I put a fuel filter/separator followed by a higher micron fuel filter prior to the pump.
My question is am I better off leaving the boxes as they are or are there better boxes available now? I've not been inclined to look at what is available until today and thought I would try here for recommendations. When I did the boxes on mine there was nothing available for timing and, for all I know, there still isn't???
Thanks
Howard

That's a little over 40 hp and 100tq better than a stocker. Is that all it would do? Maybe you better fix the trans, get a bigger turbo and then turn the fuel up higher. I had the Diablo stack and liked it but there's not much for parameter selections except for turning the Puck (pressure)
on or off. I like the TST better - more tuneable, true change on the fly and the tiny control module w/gauges. I've thought about Smarty many times but I keep reading things I don't like. The TST drives like stock til I step on it and it doesn't hurt the cruise control sensitivity. Craig

I'm running a Smarty with the Van Aaken C3.2 box. It's a great combination. Typically I run the Smarty at level 3 (60hp) and turn on the C3.2 to the 65hp level just to play around.

I honestly don't know what these 2 boxes stacked say they should add but the claims are always inflated especially when compared to a dyno at the rear wheels.
What do you mean by, "fix the transmission"? Mine runs fine. Are you meaning I should upgrade it? If so then that is one thing I really want to not do. My understanding is a good transmission is $4k
Thanks

I dyno'd over 300 hp with just my VA box set on high and with a stock LP that could not keep up with demand. I still have the VA on my truck but keep it turned off because I don't like the way the trans shifts when it's on. Basically it's just a boost fooler for me. There are lots of other power options out there that make more power but your trans will be the weak point. If yours is still fine then I'd stay where you are.
