what to do??

purchased my truck apprx. a month and a half ago with 50320 miles on the ticker. last friday morning on my way to work the engine just all of a sudden starts running like crap and has a ton of white smoke and no power. it seem to me that it had at least dropped one cynlinder if not two(no lights or whistles in the dash & 54212 miles now). being that i was running late and just a few miles down the road i pushed on. later that day i was able the put the smarty on and see if there was a code. it came up P0206. later i found out that was no. 6 injector and that it was common for the injectors to die in that year of truck.
i finally got the truck in today to the dealership to see whats up. called them this afternoon thinking that it was finished because an injector would be and easy fix. come to find out that a rocker arm assembly had some how fallen off shutting down two cynlinders. they had to order parts and it should be finished tommorrow with me paying the $100 deductible for the cummins warranty.
catch is before i bought the truck, when it had 50290 miles the dealership(51988) replaced the cynlinder head(under a recall) and no. 1 & 2 injectors. so my question to you guys is who really should be paying for this?
i don' t think that the first bit should come from me. they provided the quality workmanship and they should eat it.
thanks in advance for the input guys
