Saw the hood up on a 2003 today, 24 valve a Bosch P injection pump and (2) turbos. 4 or 5" exhaust pipe. At an auto parts store, he put in a battery, slammed the hood, fired it up, it sounded a little harsh and left in a cloud of smoke.

Sounded "harsh"? "Smoky"?? "Twin turbos"??? ( Sounds like a Power Joke engine in a real truck body!)

 

there is a kit to p pump the vp44 trucks and even a common rail if you want to

 

I never knew there were kits for the the common rails to switch it to a p-pump.... who's making them? The one thing I do know it they have to be some serious $$,$$$.
