Weird sound at start-up?!?

Weird sound at start-up?!?
Every once in a while when I first start the truck up in the morning it makes a click click click sound that lasts for about 5 seconds or so, and then never happens again, what could this be?
Its not the AC Compressor I know what that sounds like, this sounds engine related! Could it be a miss?
