Check engine light came on this morning(and afternoon, 2 cycles)
Checked for codes and im getting these...
P0602 Checksum Error
P0514 BAT Temperature Sensor Rationality
P0071 Inlet Air Temperature Sensor Rationality

Havent touched anything under the hood in two months, and that was only an oil change.

Any ideas?

There is a TSB regarding them. 18-022-07, 03 to 05 model years.
