waiting to get my truck fixed

now the dealer has my truck for 7 days and they still have not fixed my transmission. its a 6 speed. they said they had to order a bearing. anyone knows if that is normal that it takes this long to fix a transmission? mine has 18000 miles now and i couldn't shift from neutral into second. i just don't understand why that would be a bearing from 3 rd gear????

I wonder if it was one of the few that where low on oil from the factory? I dont know but I thought I read on here somewhere that a person changed there trani oil because it started shifting hard and it was low. Maby your bearing was run dry??
