I have a 2004 / 2500. I found and used the free vin decoder on here. Build date is 2/2004. Decoder said 295hp. But the sticker on right side of valve cover says 325hp which would be the "H.O.". Which is what I always thought it was. Also 8th digit in vin is a "C". Any ideas here. Thanks.

 

The C shows you have the HO engine. You can also look at the Body Code Plate and check the engine code. It should show ETH.
