vibration at acceleration

Anybody know what causes a sharp high frequency vibration in the gas(fuel) pedal that only lasts for a fraction of a second during a take off from full stop. It's very prominent.

Thanks Jamie

Isn't that launch shudder caused by the axle twisting and momentarily getting the driveline angles out of spec when we launch hard? Sounds like time for some traction bars!

But I'm not launching hard . . . this is just normal driving.
