Venturi Ring

Has anybody used this insert that goes in your intake to sort of funnel the air giving you better fuel economy?

Are you talking about the silencer ring? The same one that everybody takes out so they can hear their turbo sing?

It doesn't do anything. Just one of those things people try to get you to buy.
