UH OH.. turbo

hey guys I need some help and advise. Just the other day, my turbo started making a ringing sound at idle... Im almost positive its the turbo, you can hear it out the exhaust. My mods are no silencer ring, no muffler (still have a cat), home made intake and Edge juice... Any ideas what would cause the noise? Im worried it might be a bearing or somethin in the turbo. Im takin it into the dealership today for ABS recall, suspension sqeek, door hinge squeek and rattling window Im going out of town tonight and am just going to drop it off at the dealership.

If they dont warranty the turbo and it needs to be replaced, Im cool with it, I chose to mod the truck...but how do I tell the dealership so I dont tell them they dont have to warranty it. I want them to decide on their own without my help. Just tell them not to do repairs that aren't covered?

give instructions to call you with any needed repairs, then they have to call you with a bill, and you can decline.

Yep, ditto. I have done that quite a bit in the past. It works.

How many miles on it?

Do you allow the turbo to cool down properly?

If you pull the box, and check the pyro(to make sure they dont try to tell you it broke off and damaged the turbo, therefor your fault, take a pic), they should fix whats wrong reguardless, with your truck being as new as it is, it shouldnt have any problems that they wont fix easily...

Let me know if you get the high idle done too, might take mine up there to get it turned on before the "winter"...
