U-joint milage

I just got my truck back from dodge for a driver side leaking axle seal... well I called when it was in there and it was done and they had done the following... two new axle seals, pinion seal, 3 u-joints up front, reprogrammed the comp for better power and milage and hard starting.. which was all fine cuz it didn't cost me a dime cuz it was under warranty.. my question is how long are your guys u-joints lasting on these man vans and 06 cummins.. I had 54000 KM on mine and buddy at dealership said the one was pretty bad... I kind of hassled him to put in greasable ones.. NO WAY he says.. hahaha losers... I hate dodge dealerships... thanks guys for listening to my wonderings

I dont know about the 06,s but my 05 the center one went out around 20,000, had it changed by the dealer and the rear went about 31,000,replaced it myself with a greasable u-joint. Now with 37,000 I have to change the front one,All of these on the rear driveline. I decided to replace them as they go out myself because the dealers are just going to put the non greasable ones in, The 1st one that I changed took off 1 cap and where there is suppose to grease and needle bearings, nothing but powder Best advice put greasable ones in
George
