turbo

hey guys my 04 when it shifts into over drive it sometimes make a weird fluttering sound from the turbo , like a rush of air , what is happening

It's turbo bark from your engine speed changing abruptly when you hit OD.
It may have some to do with your tire size. Have you had the computer reflashed for your 35's?

Mine does it alot, it is either turbo bark or surge as another member brought up. It is where the engine and the turbo dont match up anymore, so the turbo makes a bit of noise til everything becomes equal again.
