Turbo Bolts!!

I was looking under the hood today and looked at the turbo in particular. I noticed that the pass side bolts (bolts the manifold to the turbo) had nuts on them. I looked at the front drivers side (closest to engine) bolts and it didnt have a nut on it. I couldnt get close enough to see if it was sheared but it wasnt protruding through the manifold flange(??). Is there supposed to be a nut on these bolts? Gonna take come pictures and check the rear DS bolt. Pics are in my profile awaiting approval.

Noone knows anything about this? I had it at the dealer a month or so ago for something, cant remember, but they tightened all the clamps and stuff for the intake, prolly the turbo as well. I thought they mioght have over tightened it or something. Oh now I remember, I had excessive smoke on a stock truck, they thought it was an intake leak or something, its fixed now, kinda. Thanks for help ahead of time.

I'm sure they are fine dude. I'm sure some are threaded in the flange & some are pass through and bolted. If they were loose you wpoulf not be making boost.

The studs and nuts oppose each other.
One set of studs is threaded into the manifold the other set is threaded into the turbine housing.
So you will only see one set of nuts pointed up the other set is pointed down.
