Truck wont start, Except on either

I have a 2004.5 2500 6spd, about 2 weeks ago it i had to key it up twice to get it to fire. Progressivly got worse untill it would only start on either. I figured out the lift pump was out so i put one on and still would not start. I talked to a friend who had similar problem when injectors went bad, he told me his was making oil when it happened. Checked my oil and was about 3qts over. Had injector kill test done and none of them stood out as being bad. It has 90hp tips on it now. So last nite i pulled the injectors and flow tubes. Guess i will just have the injectors tested, any sugjestions or other things to look for.

Does it keep running after the ether start?

BTW - if you're making oil then you have injector issues.

Any idea how many miles it took to get 3 extra quarts?

once it starts it runs good, no more than 200 miles. I inspected the flow tubes and didnt see anything odd and all the o rings on flow tubes and injectors look good.
