Exclamation Truck is Shaking!

I hope someone can help me out. My trucks is shaking every time I take off from a dead stop. It's even worse under a load I have a ten thousand pound camper I pull and the truck shakes and vibrates like crazy until I get to about 25-30 miles an hour. It kind of feels like I'm running over a rumble strip on the side of the road. I have just over 80 thousand miles. Probably 60 thousand of these miles have been with a trailer. I started experiencing this when I hit 60 thousand miles and its slowly been getting worse and worse. The only thing I changed around that time was my tires I went to BFG all terrain and upped the size to 305. Any help is very much appreciated.

I had this problem with the lift and it was the spacing under the carrier bearing. But seeing as you dont have a lift on your sig i would also say the u-joints.

Same thing happened to me about 3 weeks ago. Started off like if I were going over some small bumps and then slowly started getting worse. Get under your truck and check your u-joints. Move the driveshaft for any play. It turned out to be a u-joint so I replaced it. Cost me 40 dollars for the u-joint and a headache to remove the old one. Once I got on the internet and did some research on how to remove the old one, it was a walk in the park. I am willing to bet its the u-joint.

Next up is the front u-joints and maybe the bearings.
