Truck has no power

I bought a smarty a few weeks ago I installed it and it didn't act like it had any power. So I have installed many different tunes. Well nothing gives the truck much more power. So yesterday I took everything out of the truck and ran it stock today. Well the truck has no power at all. I unhook every thing on the edge except the data cable so I can use the gauges. My fuel pressure is at 20 PSI at the CP3. I change my fuel filter just to be safe boost pressure on my mechanical gauge is about 25. I did a speed test and from 0-60 is 15.1 seconds. Any thought on what to try?

Sorry, no advice. My truck does the same thing once in a while using the Triple Dog...like I step on the pedal and nothing.

wastegate problem maybe. Pinch it off (hose) with needle nose visegrips and see what happens. Is the truck a stick or auto? You should see 25-26 psi under full load if you have a 305-555 truck. Over that with wastegate closed and smarty.
