Transmission Lines OEM only?

Michigan winters finally got to the transmission lines. Shop prefers OEM. Anyone use the Dorman option? or fab lines? Thanks!

Sadly I am going through that right now, I am using Dorman, they look to be quality lines, only time will tell. I am assuming you have yours back up by now, did the shop tell you how much of a pain they are? I can't get mine to break loose no matter what I try, unless I get this thing up on a lift, I may be sending it into a shop myself.

I've seen them so tight, I had to cut the tube off at the flare nut, and use an impact wrench judiciously to break it loose......Ben

You may have already fixed your problem but if not #6 steel braid hose is easier to work with and will last longer.
