transmission advice

I am about to change the tranny oil in my truck, truck has 91,000 on it and i was wondering if i should adjust the bands? I have had the truck for 30,000 miles dosnt tow anything more than snowmobiles an sometimes a haywagon other than that just a daily driver seems to shift fine right now, i have the smarty set on 90 all the time. If you guys think it should be could you point me in the direction of a post to tell me how an what tools? and also how many qts does it take to filler back up, i forgot.
thanks dennis

Some guys use 6 quarts for refill, I use 8+. I'd have 8 quarts handy anyway.

If it's shifting fine I wouldn't adjust the bands.
