Sometimes when going slow in 4Hi I have noticed that when I shift back into 2Hi that although the dash indicator light says I am in 2Hi the truck is still in 4Hi,I can tell this because when I turn sharp I can feel the wheels jerking,then I just put it in 4Hi again and then back to 2Hi and it seems to be OK now...ie back in 2Hi .I have the electronic shift.Anyone experiance this or have any ideas as to why.Maybe I just need to drive it a bit longer for it to shift out of 4Hi.Thx.

 

when i go eather from 4 hi to 2 hi, or 2 hi to 4 hi, i try to both acclerate and deacclerate to kinda give it a chance to go from one to the other. if in a turn, i think there is too much pressure to releace the clutches.

iv not had a problem, if going stright and hit the gas a little and let off. it disengages and ingeages fine. (yea, bad spelling, and beer, thay dont mix)
