I have a funny vibration at 41-44mph. It feels like an up and down vibration that you notice the the seat and floors. I put a camera under the truck and went for a spin and the transfer case bounces around like an out-of-balance washing machine. I have removed my rear drive shaft and all of the ujoints are good, replaced the rear most one just for grins, no change. Removed front drive shaft and still no change. Replaced transmission with Georend unit(which is awsome!!) and no change. I am pretty sure I caused it with my TC lock up switch the few times I tried to stop with a locked TC. Loud banging sound that was probably the pump in the transfer case(removed switch with new transmission.) Changed fluid in transfer case with new ATF+4 and vibration feels a little worse.

I am planning on sperating the transfer case while it is on the truck. Can anyone tell me what to excpect when I do? Anything specific to look for? Thanks.

PS Did I mention that the Georend trans is AWESOME!!
