transfer case

i have a 03 3500 nv5600. problem is that the studs on the transfer case that bolt to transmission keep shearing off. output sfaft on tranny is solid as well is the input on t/c. i can turn all shafts on t/c by hand an feel no draging or binding. please help

Have hit anything hard either on the front or rear? Changed any drive shafts? Lifted/lowered the truck?

My first thought are the splines on the driveshaft/output shaft. Are they getting in a bind, and when the suspension cycles, it is working on the t/c? I'd look there first.

Maybe your 1 piece driveshaft is 2" too long.
