trans line leak

the rear most transmission line at the trans on my 2005 4x4 is very slowy seeping since i had it flushed ,it does not drip at all. after a 30 mile trip i can get a spot fluid about the size of half of a pencil eraseron a paper towel. is this something i should worry about? the line is tight i think they might have tightened to much?could it be left over fluid from disassembling the line ?it was done 1300mi ago and 2 months. thanks
