maybe you guys can help i have a 2003 dodge truck a mechanic pulled the code po 700 up he says it said trans fault any one know what the code is

 

i got the sam thing going on. i believe it is a code the trans comp tells the engine computer "hey I have a problem" i'm waiting for other guys to give advice, i think it is a problem with the actuators or sensors but still looking for info.
