Tranny problems at 23K

Hey guys
I have a stock 07 5.9L 4x4. I want to get a chip but my tranny is having problems shifting from 1st to 2nd at anywhere from 1200-1400 rpms. Was wondering what anyone thinks it is since i dont know when i can go to the dealership.

48RE Transmission - 1-2 Shift Hunt At Light Throttle

TSB 21-009-07
If you experience a 1-2 shift transmission hunt during light throttle application.
This condition may be due to a governor pressure solenoid valve.
Covered under your warranty.

Here's the part # 04617210 Valve, Governor Pressure Solenoid, best call to make sure they have part in stock. Save yourself making two trips.
