When driving my 05 dodge it seems to shift fine.....Then after a while(when tranny warms up when it hits over drive it will kick back down like the converter is unlocking and locking unlocking and locking......then the tranny temp light will come on and go off and the tow haul will flash.....Any Ideas

 

Check for codes, you have a problem somewhere that is setting it into limp mode. Do the key on-key off 3 times in 5 seconds and read the codes in the odometer window.
