The oil in the NV5600 must be GL-4 (70W80 GL-4 Gear Oil)
I see a lot of guys using Redline MTL
9.5 pints
Do a search and get some other feedback on which gear oils can be used.
I did a search of "NV5600 oil" to get this info for you.

The only oil that I could find without going to the dealer was Penzoil Synchromesh. It meets the Mopar 4874464 spec, per the label on the bottle. This oil does not look like a thick synthetic oil.
