Tire rotation

I have an 06 ram 2500 4x4 with 33x12.5R20 toyo m/t my right front tire is getting some serious wear on the outside of the tire due to my misalignment and messed up front end. Im about to do my ball joints & upgrade to the 09 steering. My question is should I just move that tire to the rear left or should I dismount & flip the tire? Are they bi-directional?

dismount & flip the tire, years ago when radials first came out they could come apart when you cross rotated them, but i have been cross rotating mine on my car and truck with no problems
