How hard is it to clean the throttle body?

Sometimes it seems that the Throttle Pedal seems hard to push, then if I stomp on it it goes back to normal. then the transimision will .. Whenever I start from a stop at light to moderate throttle, the truck will sometimes shift very hard from first to third gear, then shift to second after a few seconds. in order to get it back to normal I just floor board the thing.

Now if we are talking about computers, bits, KB, and packets its me, but when talking about trucks and diesles well.

It is possible that the kickdown cable is mis adjusted or hanging up. May want to check the adjustment ( I don't know how, but someone should chime in).

UMMM.Possable TSB on linkage/pivot under pass side battery??? seems like there is.Thought something about early production 03s had a modification about something rubbing/binding.Check TSB'S.
