I would opt for entire injectors myself especially with those issues. I also recommend you think about a GDP fuel filter to complement the canister mounted filter. I recommend the Glacier Diesel Power MK-2 + Big Line (APPS Mount) for '03's with engine mounted APPS. The new injectors will be a large investment and you don't want a load of crappy fuel to compromise them.

 

Yea I am also putting a Remote fuel water/seperator filter down on the frame so it will filter before it goes to the canister filter under the hood.

 

The water/separator is a great choice.
