Anybody ever deal with them? I ordered injectors(bosch stock) and a new pump and all I got was four injectors with no labeling, in zip lock bags and no pump...this was after I was assured they had the parts in stock and paid for second day air...which it still took three days to get...am I gonna get screwed here??

I bought an SBC clutch from them. They were cheaper than anyone else and had free shipping. I was very happy with my experience.

 

I bought an A pillar for the edge juice for them 2 days ago, and recieved it today. Great customer service and fast shipping. I was pleased with buying from them.

 

I oredered a part from them once and the service was fantastic.

 

I bought something from them and told them I did not want a signature confirmation.

UPS tried to deliver it two times and finally I had to drive 40 minutes one way, to pick it up from UPS.

And no, they did not want to refund my shipping costs!

I won't order from them again.

 

I order my fass filters from them. so far so good.

got my diablo stack from them and it went with out a hitch, the sevice was good, i called a hundred times on installation of the puck and they helped every time, since this was my first ever diesel mod... so so far so good for me!

 

When we compare prices on what prices to beat that's where I look. They are the cheapest on the net. But their prices can be beat without going on ebay.

 

I've ordered quite a bit from them and have always had great service and extremely fast shipping. Most of the time they ship the same day as long as it's not too late in the afternoon.

 

Talked to Thoroughbred diesel on Friday, and the girl there said that the injectors are supposed to come in boxes, but that since it was shipped from the warehouse they must be the right parts. They are also refunding the $40 freight charge as the parts didn't show up 2nd day and the pump didn't get shipped with the injectors anyhow...pump should be here Monday. After talking to some people, it seems that I might only have a bad injector...gonna try and find out today on my own. Anyhow, Thoroughbred seems to be handling things well, just something that happens sometimes...thanks all...
