Tcase linkage

I was cleaning my truck today, hut my 4x4 shifter and it was loose. Looked under the truck and found that my linkage had disappeared. After looking on here I guess it's nothing new.

My question is: is there anything special I need to know about putting the new one on and getting the right lengths?

Also does anyone have part numbers for the rid and bushings and know about what they cost? Or better yet know of anywhere online I might be able to find the parts?

Thanks.

I think its a dealer item had to buy 1 mine fell off. The little bushing dry rots its a hard plastic and it crumbled. I can't remember how much it was but u have to buy the rod and the shifter arm if u lost the bushing out of both of them. I lost my whole rod that is why i had to buy the shifter arm.
