TC not staying locked at 50mph??
Recently my truck when under normal acceleration, the TC locks then unlocks then locks again when going into OD. Can't remember the brand of TC it is but it's only got 54k miles on it. Just today I had the TCC solenoid and boost valve/spring replaced as the VB looked fine. The TC coming out of lock up is less frequent but still there. Is the clutch in the TC going out and do I need a new TC? Pretty much the problem happens when going between 50-60mph but over that its like there's no problem.

Do the mystery switch mod-then you are incharge.
Really, just do a search for mystery switch.
It is not a difficult mod to do and the rewards are great.
WORD OF CAUTION-you have to be careful using it
you could break things
