On level 5 and 6 on my Edge, I get a surging at part throttle and every once in a while a stumble on levels 3,4,5,6 with moderate throttle.
What can cause the surging?

sounds like maybe injectors "hanging up" i had the same problem and i cured it when i went to larger injectors smooth as ever now, mine would hang up for a second or two around 1100-1300 rpms.
shot in the dark maybe check your fuel filter and replace it.

Turn the Edge off and see if it still does it.

 

It wont surge on levels 0,1,2,3, or 4. There is some surging on level 5 and alot of surging on 6.

 

Have you had the Edge updated recently?

Doubtful it's anything with your truck if it doesn't surge without the Juice turned up to levels 5 and 6...

Either your truck doesn't like it up that high, or something isn't right with your box/module.
