Surging is probably not the best term, but in addition to my other troubles(yesterday's post) I took her out for a spin this morning and she still smokes like crazy but now when i'm in drive and give some throttle, when i let off it still revs over 1200 rpm. so a guy is doing 40 mph without his foot on the pedal

i have to put it in neutral in order for it to come back to 850 rpm

Anyone out there heard of this?

i'm ready to try to blow 'er out or blow 'er up
