stuck gauge

stuck gauge

is it possible when put my fuel tank back together i got the float inside the tank stuck? i had the tank out to clean it out after i had bad fuel and after re assembly the gauge hasnt worked. any advice would help.

That's very possible the fuel lines should be 90 degrees to the center line of tank. The float is pointing forward so it might be hitting inside wall of tank not allowing it to drop. I have rotated the module a little if you loosen the locking ring first. Just be careful that the fuel lines are not put under and strain or kinked since they are plastic and will kink if bent to sharply. Good Luck

well i messed with it today and it seems to be working, i will have to fill er up tonight to make sure, thanx for the help
