Just replaced the OE LP on my '03 at 174000. It just plain stopped getting off the highway. She sure looked sad getting towed home. Easy fix, took longer to get the part than to fix, but wuoldn't want to do it in the rain or in the dark!

Installed an AirDog at 97K miles. The stock lift pump was still working. Kept fittings in place at the tank and CP3 to do a quick swap should the AirDog ever go down on the road. Hopefully the stock pump will still be working...

From: In Oroville, Ca., same house for past 46 yrs!
my first one went at 31600, then number 2 went at 71,000 and the third and last one at 97900 or so. After warr was up I switched out to two Holley black pumps and built my adapter plate to replace the stock lift pump but retain the filter and stuff it was mounted on. Now I have 141,000 and zero problems winter or summer and a solid 12-12.5 psi no matter the load.
