Unhappy Stiff Steering

Our newest Ram, an '05 2500 CTD 4X4 quad with 17,500 miles has developed stiff steering. It does not return completely to center after turns and it constantly requires corrections. I have lubed the only two zerk fittings (at the tie rod ends) at both oil changes. I am curious if anyone else has had the same problem and what they did to correct it.

Your steering box and power steering pump are about to fail, or are already gone. Make sure you've got power steering oil, and get it to the dealer.

Had the same thing happen to my 05 first the dealer changed the box that helped for a while but then started to have same problems and they changed the pump. 15,000 miles later startd to have problems again and they had to change the hydro boast. Still makes noise when turning to the left.
