Steering wheel feedback/shimmy

Steering wheel feedback/shimmy

Ok, Have all the new Steering upgrades Bd stabilizer and 3.5 top gun customs lift. Truck is going down the road straight as an arrow. Problem is when I go around high speed corners the steering wheel actually goes like 2 oclock to 3 olclock and you can actually feel the tires turning. It does this until you go straight. Left or right doesnt matter. Then this morning after I fired it up I was doing a slow corner out of my driveway and it started to do it. Im starting to thing I have a gearbox issue or pump issue or something. It is real strange. Ball joints are good and I have just under 70k. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas.

Steering Box or U-joints.

When mine did that the power steering fluid was way low. It also could be the ps pump and or gearbox going bad.
