Did you change out both front rotors, or just the right hand side?

I haven't changed out any rotors yet. I did change out the right caliber.

Sorry , that's what I meant.

I guess remove the wheel, and see how hard it is to spin the rotor by hand. Remove the caliper, then spin it again. If it's easier, the caliper is shot. If it still spins hard, it's probably a wheel bearing.

Thanks. I'll have to try it sometime this week. You know anything on how to get to the actuator-mode door 2 (defrost to floor) switch? I have pics from my cell phone showing what I really mean. It's kinda hard for me to try to explain w/ words. If so I'm about to post some pics in the "A/C panel light fix". I can't seem to remove enough panel to get in to try to fix it.

This site will show you how to repair the easiest way.

The door that you have broken is the same that I have that doesn't work. That door is very difficult to get to for an easy fix. I have read that a small stick shoved up into the driver side floor vent can lift the door to allow heat to the floor.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think its my caliper. I could hardly turn it with the caliper on. Them I took it off and it spun around w/ no problems. When the caliper was off I did hear very little grinding like a bit of sand was in the hub (it made grinding on and off but I could hardly hear it and it didn't make the noise w/ an entire revolution). It might be some damage from the caliper being bad for so long. I'm not going really worry about the wheel bearing till I hear grinding all the time.
