Question Sputtering At low to half throttle

I have a 2004.5 diesel every time I slow down for a stop light or am in the 1500-2000 Rpm range the engine sputters like its going to die.I had the EDGE JUICE on it and the check engine light would come on and give an injector error.I took it to the shop and they said it was the MAP sensor I changed it and a week later it was doing the same thing.I pulled the EDGE out now it sputters at stop lights and when I hit 15-2000 RPM but the check engine light no longer comes on.I took it back to the shop and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it.Also they wait to start light doesn't wait anymore? My buddy said it may be the crank shaft or cam shaft sensor.I don't know if the wait to start light is related to the problem I am having? Can someone point me in the right direction of the problem or a good shop in the Phoenix area? If the picture came as attached it was taken about 6 months ago before I went crazy with it.

I have 14" lift with dual remote resevior Fox shocks all around,40" tires on 20" wheels,6" Magnaflow exhaust,AirRaid cold air,air bag suspension, regeared to 456 gears front and back,Oasis diff. covers,Amp industries electric steps, dual stabilizer bar,3000 watt stereo/DVD system, front and rear cameras, big mouth grill, custom made ladder bars, extended control arms. I have ordered a Bully Dog Tripple Threat with outlook monitor,CFM intake,BD lift pump,Quadzilla boost fooler, and am considering Dynamite 90hp injectors.

Still have the stock lift pump, if so it probably is your weak point, gget a fuel pressure gage and see what is going on with it.

Do you know what the correct pressure range should be?
