spacers on 3/4 ton to fit dualls!!!!?????

spacers on 3/4 ton to fit dualls!!!!?????
i am converting my truck and was wondering if a 3" spacer would allow enough room to fit a set of stock dodge duall wheels and tires?

i looked into doing the same thing and i think the stock front spacers 3.75" witch you would also need for the rear also but depending on the wheels and tures it might work.
