Something sticking - Brakes??

I have had a run around lately with this truck hoping someone can help. It feels like my brakes are sticking when I come to a complete stop. It doesn't always happen, sometimes I can even go for weeks to a month with no acting up, then it will start again. Basically what happens is I come to a complete stop, when I go to take off it feels like the parking brake is on then it just releases and the truck will launch..............only I don't want it to launch! I have a laundry list of things I have replaced in the last 3,000 miles not all are related to this issue but I will list them in hopes to get some feed back. 4 rotors, all new brake pads, 2 new wheel hubs, new ball joints (both sides), 2 new front calipers and lines, Transmission check over, front and rear differentials checked over. Appreciate the help.

If you think the brakes are sticking, check the back ones, one of mine on the rear wore out pretty quick, if you have to replace the pads make sure that the rods are free and greased, one of mine was stuck and ate the pads.

That was my first check, rear brakes are good now brand new pads and rotors. Seemed to look good. Only thing I didn't replace was rear calipers I wish there was a way I could turn off the rear to see if it was the front or rear causing problems

mine will do the same thing once in a while and its usually after the truck has sat for a while. I think its transmission related. Maybe low oil level in the torque convertor or valve body issue?

Check the slide pins on the calipers.

Probably wont help but a guy I was talking to in AZ last year said he had a similar problem and used an IR thermometer aimed at his rotors after he had driven for awhile. His right front rotor was way hotter than the others. He took it back to the shop that had done his brakes and they made it right.
