Smarty tune change trans temp?

Smarty tune change trans temp?
So I have a banks six gun that I use just for gauges. When the trans was stock the temp stayed pretty close to same temp as engine. When I installed my built trans about 60k ago the trans temp dropped to around 170 and has always stayed close to that temp even when towing.
So the question is I changed my Smarty to POD finally and reloaded it with the latest tnt r program. (Had run tnt r previously for several years non- pod) Now my trans temp runs close to engine temps again, 190ish, and even got over 200 while on the highway this weekend. This is what cault my eye and got me worried. Anyone seen anything like this before?
