imho you can't beat the overall value of the smarty jr. it is enough to wake up the cummins (especially my choked down version) and is very easy to use/install.......a great "plug-n-play" product

I don't have a Smarty, I have a Quad box I put on 4 months after I bought the truck. I did not buy it just for the power, more for mileage. I gained 2 to 3 mpg when I keep my foot out of it, the box has more than paid for itself. Like Lost Lake said, it's not all about adding power, you also have to factor in running more efficient.
