Small Alignment Pins for Turbo Collar

Ok, that small coolant hose behind the turbo has been seeping for about two years, so broke down and changed it Saturday. Yep, every bit as hard as everyone says. My question is when I reinstalled the collar I broke off one of those tiny **** that protrude out of the collar, which I'm guessing are alignmnet pins for the collar to turbo. Not sure if it really matters. Dosen't seem to have an exhaust leak at that point. It was a bear positioning collar properly to align with the downpipe, and get the clamp back in place when doing it alone. Could have used more hands, but none available. The reason for removing the collar was I also installed a 5" turbo back system and with the downpipe and collar out of the way it made access to the hose easier. Man are those two pipes close together.

No worries. I did the same installing my Pacbrake. The pin just gets the orientation correct.
